Redesigned dozens of multi-role workflows, including invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, approvals, and team/role management. Simplified enterprise-grade complexity to be intuitive for SMBs while preserving power-user functionality.
Created a custom design sprint methodology (50+ sprints) and mentored junior designers to independently prototype, test, and integrate stakeholder feedback, multiplying design impact across the company.
